Returns Policy
Please check all sizes carefully before purchasing items. We feel confident that you will be pleased with our products and service. However, in the unlikely event that a return is required we will aim to provide a refund of the item price or to exchange a product provided that the following terms of our returns policy are fully satisfied: 1. The buyer agrees to pay for product return and product replacement postage in advance. 2. Returns are made within 7 days of purchase. 3. Items are received by us in an as new fully resalable condition, unworn, tagged and bagged in original and undamaged packaging. 4. The purchaser MUST firstly contact office@firstpeninsula.co.uk for a returns number otherwise a returned product will not be accepted.
